Accepting procedures for objections of after-sales office I. Basic principles for handling objections Base on facts, take laws, rules and regulations as standard, define responsibilities, impartial handling, strict management and optimized service II. Scope of acceptance If a user intends to make objection to our company’s export products, he or she shall object in writing and shall provide valid certification materials within the period as stipulated by law or the contract. 1. Objection of measurement If, within five days upon receipt of goods (the number of days as stipulated in the contract shall prevail if there is an agreement), the delivered goods is insufficient in quantity theoretically if the original goods remain intact and the quantity difference in batch as delivered in jin exceeds 0.3 %, the following valid certification materials shall be provided. A. Dispatch bill of Tianjin Zhenxiang Strip Metal Processing Co., Ltd. B. Special VAT invoice; C. Freight bill;                D. Warehousing acceptance certificate. 2. Insurance policy (transportation insurance for railroad cargo). 3. Quality objection A user indicates the product quality is not in compliance with the quality requirement as stipulated in the quality certificate or the quality requirement as stipulated in the contract and provides the following valid certification materials; A. Dispatch bill of Tianjin Zhenxiang Strip Metal Processing Co., Ltd.; B. Quality certificate of Tianjin Zhenxiang Strip Metal Processing Co., Ltd.; C. Special VAT invoice; D. Quality inspection certificate of the application organization. III. The objection shall not be accepted if one of the following circumstances occurs. 1. If the objection has exceeded the validity term as stipulated by law or the contract. 2. Objection on measurement or delivery (including being stolen during transportation) if the shipment has been put to use. 3. The receiving organization’s objection on weight difference based on jin is less than 0.3%. 4. Object to the measurement without carrying out acceptance check based on the way of delivery calculation as stipulated in the contract. 5. There is objection to measurement after being delivered out of the factory by truck (except for the packing sheet based on theoretical delivery). 6. The measurement and checking equipment as used by the receiving organization is lack of legitimate qualification certificate, exceeds the validity term or is inaccurate remarkably. 7. The product lacks the function that should be possessed which has been explained by the joint-stock company in advance or has been specified in the contract, but the user advances related quality objection. 8. A customer fails to make objection in writing or refuses to provide related valid certification materials or the valid certification materials are not complete.
